Immersive Circus in Toronto

Laura Londono

Girth Radio Presents…

The circus is back in town… for a limited time only! Do you ever wish you could go back in time and experience a piece of Toronto’s history?

Then Lookup Theatre’s production of the Toronto Circus Riot, directed by Angola Murdoch, is an immersive experience you don’t want to miss!

The Toronto Circus Riot will be performed from June 5-9, and June 12-15, 7-9pm.

Set in 1885, The Toronto Circus Riot is based on the true story of a riot that took place between a group of clowns  and a group of firemen when their worlds collided at a brothel.

You will be led on  a walking journey from the circus tent, to the brothel, and back again! This is your chance to interact with stilt walkers, jugglers, aerialists and comedians, and even a giraffe and a rhino (not to worry, there are no live animals in this production!).

Experience circus as it was performed in the 19th century! Go back in time for a night at the Toronto Circus Riot and brag to your friends about it!

For your tickets and details.
