On May 4th, 2012, the skies above New York City opened up and an alien race called the Chitauri descended upon the city, led by the Asgardian, Loki. The city would have been razed were it not for the intervention of the newly formed Avengers, including Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, and Black Widow, among others. On this day we thank them for their bravery.
To celebrate: Try to make it through every Marvel movie, starting with Iron Man and leading up to The Avengers. Really it’s all just one, long story.
