Bloomsday (Ulysses)

June 16

Today we celebrate a simple day in the life of regular people, like Leopold Bloom and Stephen Dedelus who on June 16th, 1904, had a day in Dublin, Ireland.
To celebrate: Bloomsday is widely recognized literary holiday honoring both Ulysses as a work, and James Joyce as an author. Find a local Bloomsday celebration, or simply spend a day wandering your town, and experiencing life.
