We mustn’t dwell. No, not today. It’s Rex Manning Day! This day remembers the occasion of once-great pop star Rex Manning visiting Delaware record store, Empire Records. His meet-and-greet was a bit underwhelming, but for the emotional employees of the store, it was day that will never be forgotten.
To celebrate: As though you needed an excuse, rewatch Empire Records, or go support your local record shop. And if anyone tries to bring you down, tell them, “Not today. Not on Rex Manning Day.”
